It is within a few steps of the University, Cathedral, coast and a nearby array of restaurants, cafes, shops and bars - not to mention a Sainsbury’s grocery store. The famous Old Course is also within a convenient 5 minute stroll. The property itself dates back to the 1800’s but has been completely refurbished and moderised to a high standard and has an exquisite BBQ/outdoor dining area in its own private secluded courtyard. The property is equipped to the highest standard with high-speed fibre broadband, international satellite 4HD entertainment and Sonos sound system. Within the compact kitchen there are all the usual requirements including dishwasher, microwave, Dulce Gusto coffee machine, washer/dryer etc. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, ensuite bathroom and patio doors onto the private patio.
