Lovely traditional stone house in St Andrews, less than a mile from the famous old course at the home of golf. Lots of things to do with family and friends in the town, at the beach, on the golf course, in the garden.. all a walk or short drive away. The house sleeps up to 12 with 2 spacious living areas and garden. You can use the outside dining table and fire pit in the evening. We also have a table tennis table for fun or why not try some boules or skittles. Number 50 is in a great location, 5 mins walk to Botanic Gardens, M&S food, a great chip shop, Spar, Aldi.. 10 mins to town pubs, cafes, restaurants, shops.. 15 mins to beaches, cathedral, golf. The house has been recently redecorated. Photos of the living areas will be added soon. The house is new to the market, therefore no reviews. The lower price reflects this, however it is well decorated, clean and in full working order. A new boiler has been installed and the house has central heating. There are 2 baths with showers and 1 stand alone electric shower. There is plenty of hot water though the showers are not power showers.

Barry has lived in this property as a boy and now would like others to enjoy his family home.

St Andrews is a stunning historic town. It is always lively and has lots to do for adults and children. There are lovely beaches, our favourite is East Sands, excellent chip shops, our favourite Dino's, welcoming bars, our favourite Criterion, golf courses of course, a great putting green Himalayas, famous Jannettas ice cream, eat at the Balgove, or just walk around the old streets.
