A stunning apartment, designed to the highest standard, situated in the heart of the Norwich Lanes overlooking St.Benedicts Street. It is a second-floor apartment in a period building with a lift and parking in a secure underground car park. Inside this incredible apartment, there is an open plan living area, of stunning design with a lounge area, dining area and kitchen. There are two double bedrooms, one with an ensuite. There is also another beautifully decorated bathroom available. The apartment offers a bath in the ensuite bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering with: - Fridge - Microwave - Kettle - Toaster - Dishwasher - Hob - Oven - Washing Machine & Dryer - All cutlery and crockery is provided - Instant boiling water tap in place of a kettle for an extra feel of luxury! The main Living/Dining room: - 2 Comfortable sofas - 55” flat-screen TV - Electric fireplace In all our bathrooms you will find: - Soaps - Shower gels - Toiletries - Towel And also main extra amenities like: - Iron - Hangers - Hair dryer During your first day, we understand you might have questions and for that, we have created a Welcome book that you can find in the property with all information that you might need, or just in case there are no answers there we are always a message away. You will be in the heart of the City of Norwich overlooking one of the most vibrant and diverse parts of the city, St Benedict's view has bars, restaurants and music venues and so many interesting boutique independently owned shops. Loads to see and lots to do, as Norwich art centre less than a 5 minute walk away and the award winning Norwich market and Norwich lanes are on your door step. The castle museum and cathedral are in walking distance and two shopping malls close by.
