Upper Loft is a cosy retreat in the heart of St Ives, perfect for couples or friends. Just a short walk from the harbour, beaches, and lively town centre, it’s an ideal base for exploring the Cornish coastline. Accessed via an external staircase, the property features a spacious rooftop terrace before leading into a stylish and comfortable interior.
The modern kitchen includes a fridge/freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, and washing machine. A spacious counter with bar stools makes it great for casual dining. With nearby bakeries, delicatessens, and seafood markets, you’ll have plenty of fresh local food options.
After a day out, relax in the inviting living area with a comfortable sofa, window seat, and Smart TV with streaming services as terrestrial signal is limited. An HDMI cable is provided for laptop connectivity. Note: A stairgate cannot be fitted, so the property may not be suitable for very young children.
Upstairs, the loft-style bedroom offers a double bed, bedside tables, reading lights, a fold-out single sofa bed (supplement for linen hire of this bed), storage, and skylights with blackout blinds. Fresh linen and towels are provided.
The sleek shower room has a power shower, WC, hand basin, heated towel rail, and mirror—modern and thoughtfully designed for comfort.
A highlight of Upper Loft is its private rooftop terrace, perfect for morning coffee, al fresco dining, or evening drinks. It includes a table, chairs, and a BBQ.
