    The location is superb, very easy walk into St Ives and to the beach which is gorgeous. The apartment is lovely, probably a little tight for more than 2 people, but extremely well fitted out and has everything you need for a stay.

OPENED JULY 2021 Newly Refurbished to an exceptional Standard "St James Rest" offers an individually accessed and self contained apartment attached to a historic Grade 2 Listed "Sea Captains House" . This impressive yet personal building sits 500m from the Town, the main train station and just above Porthminster Beach. It is also only a 2 minute walk from the main St Ives car park. St James Rest offers the perfect family coastal retreat. The main bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite bathroom, in addition there is a "cabin room" with full size bunks, a house bathroom and a double sofa bed in the lounge. It has private front and rear entrances and an outside area for "bistro" dinning in fine weather. Only 2 minutes from the main car park and on street parking near by. Only 500m from the train station. Bus and taxi to town available but its only a short walk.
