Relax in this Stunning newly renovated 2 Bedroom apartment in the heart of Mytholmroyd which overlooks the River Calder.
The apartment is spacious with all facilities you will need to have a wonderful long/short stay, including WIFI, Smart TV and USB charging ports.
You are close to the canal for peaceful walks - approximately a 30 minute walk into the centre of Hebden Bridge, there you will find a beautiful selection of pubs, restaurants, unique shops etc.
An open plan living space with a Smart TV, Wifi, Board Games, Dining Table and Kitchen offering - induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, utensils, washing machine and a iron/ironing board. Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms with double beds, bedside tables, dressing tables, hairdryers and wardrobes. The bathroom is equipped with a bath & shower and complimentary toiletries for your use.
Please inform us if you will be bringing a dog with you. We allow a maximum of 2 well behaved, house trained dogs.

There are no designated parking spaces at the apartment. You may park briefly to unload, then move your car to the nearby Burnley Road car park, which is about a 3 minute walk away. The car park operates on a pay and display basis from Monday to Saturday, 8am-6pm, 40p per hour with all day parking available for 2 pound. You can pay for parking via your phone using the APCOA Connect App.
The train station is a 5-8 minute walk and there is a bus stop right outside the property. The property is centrally located in Mytholmroyd along the roadside, which offers convenient access to a Sainsbury's Local, just a two minute walk away, as well as nearby bars, cafes, and an Indian restaurant.
You are also located a few minutes away from the canal to enjoy peaceful walks to Hebden Bridge- approximately a 30-minute walk. The town is becoming increasingly popular with tourists, cyclists, and walkers.
The property is based in the Calder Valley, which is well known to have been featured in Happy Valley as it was heavily filmed in Halifax and Hebden Bridge.
