It is situated in a private small development on Bonfire Hill, Salcombe - just a short walk away from the main amenities & the Salcombe estuary, with the bonus of ample private parking at the property. This holiday home comes with ample private car parking. It is then a 10 mins walk down the hill to the Island Street end of Salcombe town where you can enjoy the local amenities. You can then get one of the small ferries in town to near by beaches, such as South Sands or East Portlemouth. Alternatively, you can head out in your car to explore the local area inc. National Trust locations, local sandy beaches or near by attractions and local towns such as Kingsbridge & Dartmouth.
