The house is ideally located in central old Emsworth village - walking distance to coastal paths, a wide variety of restaurants and pubs as well as train station.
Please ask the host anytime by text regarding issues or information.
The room is clean and light with new ensuite shower room and toilet.
Tea and coffee making facilities provided in room. No kitchen use.
Only registered guests on property please.
I have many interests including hiking, kayaking, biking and tennis. Local history and culture.
The house is located in Old Emsworth minutes walk away from millpond, quay, harbour, the village and Chichester Harbour. The bus and railway station are also minutes walk away.
