Welcome to Noble Nooks and our secret hideaway in the North Laines! This is a fantastic base for exploring the quirky and creative side of Brighton. I am an artist and former gallery owner and have filled the property with work from our family collection. We keep our properties clean, tidy and full of beautiful furniture and artwork, so we charge a cleaning fee and a refundable security deposit. My very creative, mixed nationality family live just outside Brighton in the countryside and we are close at hand if you have any questions during your stay. All are welcome in our properties.

2 bedroom private apartment on two floors (sleeps 6)! You'll find a master bedroom upstairs, with a king bed piled with pure cotton linen sheets, soft pillows and cushions to sink into. There is a vintage feel to the lighting throughout the apartment with a brass lamp beside the bed and blackout blinds for the evening (sleeps 2). Unpack into the wooden chest of drawers and hang everything in the closet, where you'll find all you need to make up the sofa bed downstairs - and an iron and ironing board. Plush white towels, a hairdryer and large mirror await, so get ready to go out and have fun. On the main floor, an open plan lounge awaits with a sofa across from the fireplace, a 'loaf' sofabed chaise lounge with cushions and a Pringle wool throw to make it cosy (sleeps 2). Tucked behind decorative pillars and plantation shutters in the second bedroom, two single beds are piled high with cotton linen and cushions. Underbed drawers and coat hooks provide clothes storage. This room sleeps 2. A marble table and designer chairs sit in the window where you can gaze at the enormous clock on the front of the building. You won't miss your favourite shows - wifi and a smart tv are tucked in the corner. Enjoy cosy adjustable winter heating throughout. Open your laptop to book a restaurant or finish off some work at the marble table and vintage wooden chairs in the bay window while watching shoppers in the North Laines below. Take a moment to enjoy original artwork by British artists throughout the property. The kitchen has all you need to make a full meal (large pots, frying pan, bowls) and a microwave to heat up a quick meal from Tescos nearby. Throw everything in the dishwasher and fill the cafetière for a coffee. Toaster for an easy breakfast and a fridge with freezer. Bathroom with sink, mirrors, hand towels, bath matt, toilet roll, hand soap and electric shower. No Pets. No Smoking. No Drugs. Just have fun!

Close to everything! Right on the North Laines above shops full of handmade and unique gifts and surrounded by great coffee shops, there are only a few steps between Komedia, the Dome, the theatres and your bed at the end of a fun day of exploring. You are right in the heart of the action in this part of the city, so It can be lively! Beach - 8 min, Churchill Square Shopping Centre- 7 min, Brighton train station - 8 min. Brighton Dome & Komedia - 3 min. Pavillion Gardens - 3 min.
