Welcome to 'SWEET 17' our three bedroom house situated on a quiet new build development in the heart of South Cave village. We also host LUCKY 13 which is next door so could potentially house ten guests over the two houses if needed. SWEET 17 boats an open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge with doors leading into a cute little garden, the house is very spacious and airy and can accommodate five people very comfortably. Upstairs we have a master king size bedroom that sleeps two with built in wardrobes and an en-suite bathroom comprising of a shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rails. The double bedroom sleeps two and has fitted wardrobes and a single room, sleeping one. There is also a main bathroom with bath and overhead shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail and also a downstairs bathroom with toilet and sink. We have a TV in the lounge and in the en-suite bedroom and a selection of games and reading material for both adults and children. Under floor heating downstairs keeps the house cosy in the chillier months. Double doors from the lounge open up onto our outside area which has a patio with table and chairs for outside dining. We also have a large secured shed that can accommodate bikes, prams and golf clubs. We have a Weber Charcoal BBQ with all the utensils that you are welcome to use. Two private off-road parking spaces are solely yours during your stay. We have strived to furnish our Lucky house as if it were our own home with the finest quality hotel bedding, Egyptian cotton bath sheets and towels and high quality blinds and curtains. We have a fully kitted out kitchen with top of the range appliances: oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher and a coffee machine. We have enough cutlery, crockery, pots and pans and cookery books to enable you to cook up a storm should you wish. We can also supply a baby package upon request, one small travel cot and one large travel cot, highchair, baby bouncer chair, baby bath and changing mat.

We live in the village and actually built the new development that both LUCKY 13 and SWEET 17 stands on! We have strived to create a home from home to welcome guests from far and wide who have all sorts of different reasons for coming to the village. We have been very meticulous in creating a very high standard of living space. As a full time mum I understand how much paraphernalia comes with taking small children out of their own home environment so we have tried to make travelling a little easier by providing baby and toddler essentials. We also have a dog and understand that they are also part of the family so would want him to come away with us too hence why we allow pets. We aim to make your stay with us a very good one with high standards of cleanliness and attention to detail. A little bit about our area if you are not local.... We are five mins away from The Little Wold Vineyard, The Manor Rooms and Cave Castle wedding venues and Fifteen minutes away from The Beverley Barn, Riverlands and Bunny Hill Wedding venues. South Cave is situated just 10 minutes from the Humber Bridge and is nestled in between York, Beverley and Hull with east access to the A63. The village boasts the medieval Cave Castle with its golf course and many eateries. The Fox and Coney Pub serve up excellent food and a variety of cocktails whilst The Bear is more traditionally just a drinking pub. Cave Castle Golf Club also serve food and drinks with a varied menu for both. Drewtons farm shop also offer a fantastic breakfast and lunch time menu. The local convenience store and a variety of other small shops and services are literally on the doorstep. All of these including the children’s play park, sports centre and tennis courts are situated five to ten minutes’ walk away from both SWEET 17 and LUCKY 13 so we are pretty much centrally based within the village.
