Outside there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, shed, and furniture, plus off-road parking for three cars. One well-behaved pet welcome, additional pets can be added on request for a 30 fee. Within 0.5 miles or less you will find a shop, a pub, and a beach, and please note this is a smoke-free property.
