This is a very large detached house with a large garden. There are 3 reception rooms plus a dining room. All bedrooms have a shower and wash hand basin and one bedroom also has a toilet. There are 3 toilets in the property and a free standing bath in the bathroom. In addition one bedroom has a balcony. There is a large kitchen fully fitted with all electrical appliances including a coffee machine.
We have been renting property for over 20 years including a property in Nice France so we are well awae if of yhe needs of guests.
This is a quiet residential area so the house would not be let our for hen or stag parties in fact any partying would not be permitted.
