Southbourne is well situated on Bournemouth's stunning coastline. Offering plenty of bars, restaurants, shops and much more, all walking distance from The Annex.

I like to greet guests and make sure they are familiar with everything. Then I'm at hand if needed, but generally people just want to get on with things themselves and are left in peace.
Award winning Southbourne Beach is one of Bournemouth's most popular beaches, loved by locals and visitors for its clean, sandy and shingle beaches located east of Boscombe Pier and the town centre. Southbourne beach can be accessed directly from Southbourne high street via Fisherman's walk. It has a south-facing pebble beach, with imposing clay and ironstone cliffs, and soft, sandy beaches at Mudeford spit, which is lined with the famous colourful Mudeford beach huts.
