“Perfect location for me, lovely and quiet but close to main road. Immaculate property, nice touches such as crumpets and a lovely fluffy hoody to wear. Nice touches with the high quality hand wash, shower gel etc...”

A centrally located self-contained studio in the village of Kingston. Ideal for walkers of the South Downs Way and visitors to the universities and Amex. The kitchen area has an oven, electric hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and plenty of crockery/utensils. There is a small double (3/4) bed, TV, wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The separate shower room is equipped with clean towels and a hairdryer. Other things to note Tea and coffee making facilities are provided and some breakfast cereals.
My name is Dawn and profession is teaching. My husband, Bruce, is a retired Civil Engineer and he helps me to get our Annexe ready for our guests. We live in the house attached to the Annexe, and we are happy to give advice about the neighbourhood if you would like us to.
Kingston is a picturesque village situated in the South Downs National park. There is a lovely pub in Kingston and a Garden Centre on the outskirts of the village. The county town of Lewes is 2 miles away, with its 1000 year old castle, the ruins of Lewes Priory, Anne of Cleves House and the beautiful Grange Gardens.
