★ Fully-equipped country kitchen with original working 1936 Aga as well as modern oven, microwave, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, coffee machine and washing facilities
★ Boot room with seating and storage for coats and wellies after a long walk in the Downs
★ A luxurious family bathroom with bath and shower on the ground floor as well as an additional cloakroom with WC and shower.
