Offering free Wi-fi, 50inch flat screen smart TV with Netflix and 5 minute walk to the centre, this 3-bedroom freshly refurbished house is located in Hugglescote, Coalville.
The downstairs compromises of a cosy living room, fully equipped kitchen with dryer-washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, microwave and all essentials to make the guests stay feel like a home away from home.
The upstairs has 2 spacious double bedrooms and 1 single. There is also a bathroom with newly fitted shower over bath.
All linen is provided. For longer stays we offer weekly cleaning and linen change at extra charge.
We are a local couple and we look forward to welcoming you to the Cosy House!
We are in the heart of East Midlands - 30minutes drive to Derby, Leicester and Nottingham and 45 minutes to Birmingham. Perfect location for a commute. 10 minutes to M1 J22 and 15 minutes to A42 J13. We are also 15min drive to East Midlands Airport and 45min to Birmingham Airport.
Coalville town centre is 5 minute walk with a few pubs and restaurants available including Dominos, Subway and Wetherspoons.
