Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located home. Newly refurbed Grade 2 Listed terraced property, situated on this prominent Crescent, within walking distance to the City Centre and a host of amenities all close to hand. Beautiful Wallace Park is within walking distance and there are bus and train stations near by. Bedrooms not in use will be locked so please ensure you are booking for the correct number of guests. Other things to note STRICTLY NO PARTIES We operate a STRICT NO NOISE policy from 9pm out of courtesy for our neighbours Guests take full responsibility for any bodily injury caused on our property during their stay. You agree to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents you may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will accept responsibility for yourself and for those in your party.
