This romantic little hideaway is situated in a converted 17th Century dovecote. Full of character, The Dovecote includes exposed stone walls, original beams and vaulted ceilings complete with modern finishings for a truly comfortable getaway.
Downstairs contains a kitchen, dining area and living space for cosy nights in.
French doors lead to a private patio with space for outdoor dining. The main bedroom features a large window which looks out on to open fields, the farm’s vegetable patch and some of our chickens.
The Dovecote is perfect for couples but also features a mezzanine level with a single bed to accommodate a third person.
Whilst our accommodation is self-catered, we do provide our guests with some of the farm’s produce including fresh eggs and milk. Freshly baked bread and home produced meat can also be added to your booking.

Collins Farm is situated in the village of Abson which is perfectly placed between Bath and Bristol and close to the beautiful Cotswolds, meaning you don’t have to travel far before you’re spoilt for choice of things to see and do.
The area surrounding Collins Farm offers some beautiful unspoiled countryside and picturesque villages in which you can enjoy some of the area’s walking routes and fantastic village pubs.
Collins Farm is just over 4 miles from The National Trust’s Dyrham Park – a spectacular late 17th-century mansion, garden and parkland.
Other nearby National Trust properties include Lacock Abbey which can be reached within half an hour.
Castle Combe, often named as the ‘prettiest village in England’ is a 20 minute drive away and Westonbirt, The National Arboretum, is about 30 minutes away.
The neighbouring village of Doynton is home to The Cross House – an amazing country pub, serving classic pub food with a twist. The Bull at Hinton is another firm favourite which serves traditional British pub food to a very high standard. Both of these are less than a 5 minute drive away. Little Nannie’s Café at Feltham Farm in Hinton is also definitely worth a visit.
