The Duck House consists of a kitchen with electric oven, induction hob, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, fridge with ice box, washing machine and dishwasher, a dining room with breakfast bar, a sitting room with smart TV and woodburning stove, and a conservatory with dining seating. The bedroom is a super-king-size. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and heated towel rail and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio, and furniture and off-road parking for two cars. One well-behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. A stunning walk for those seeking solitude, exercise and some of the UK’s best coastal scenery. Penzance is the perfect holiday base.
