The Farriers is a charming 3 bedroom home located in a quiet, peaceful neighbourhood. This stylish property features a spacious lounge and dining area, ideal for relaxation, alongside its fully equipped kitchen. Upstairs, the 3 bedrooms are furnished with blue and green accents, adding a touch of comfort and elegance, with a nod to the serene outdoor spaces that surround the property. As right on the doorstep you can find hectares of natural beauty that is Cannock Chase, with a Go Ape located at Birches Valley for endless fun. IMPORTANT: We take great pride in our properties and, as such we are committed to protecting them, ensuring they are kept in first class condition for all our guests, present and future to enjoy. With that in mind, we have made the difficult decision to insist all guests pay a refundable damage deposit prior to arrival. Upon booking we will ask that you please forward your email address as soon as possible. In order to pass our security checks, we require the lead booker for each stay to electronically sign and return our terms and conditions, together with a photo of your government issued ID, (either your passport or driving license) and a selfie. We will then invoice you for the damage deposit. once received, we will forward your check in details prior to your arrival. Please ensure you complete your booking validation prior to check-in. Refunds will be processed 72 hours of departure providing no damage has taken place or any need for specialist cleaning and can take up to 10 day to appear in your account. Strictly no charging of EVs is allowed and if discovered will implement immediate vacation of the property No guests other than those booked into the property are allowed to enter the property unless permission has been granted . The property is for the use of the registered guests only and no visitors or additional guests are allowed in the property without prior approval Strictly no smoking Strictly no parties or events.

Cannock is a small town on the edge of Cannock Chase. There are many walks close by and also cycle tracks. The Farrier's is located on a small quiet housing estate which has green fields and countryside surrounding it and views of the well known Hednesford Hills. The town has plenty of bars, take aways and eateries for you to enjoy as well as 3 major supermarkets, one of which is just a 5 minute walk away. There is also a very old picture house at the end of the road showing new releases. Close to the A5, M6 and M6 toll, this property is located to many major trunk roads.
