This second floor apartment is conveniently located in the very centre of Romsey town - it is a perfect location for couples looking to explore Romsey enabling a lifestyle that makes full use of Romsey’s pedestrian friendly, market-town heritage. You’ll find yourself within a couple of minutes easy walking distance of all local shops, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets and travel links.
The views across the Cornmarket from the large sash windows are superb and give a unique perspective to Romsey’s many annual events such as the Beggar’s Fair, Christmas parade, Carnivals and food festivals.
As you’re entering the hallway, access to the bedroom is on the right, a shower room on the left and the living room directly ahead, with open access from the living room to the kitchen.
The shower room has been recently updated with a crisp modern white suite, stylish tiled floor, electric shower & heated towel rail, complete with an area of storage for personal items.
The bedroom is at the front of the building with lots of natural light and fabulous views of the town centre. A comfortable king-size bed is provided along with a vanity unit, some under bed drawer storage, bedside tables and reading lamps. A wall mounted electric heater is available for guest use during the winter months (and a portable electric fan is also available for use during the warmer months).
The living room is bright and airy with great views of the Cornmarket from the large sash window. Wi-Fi access facilities and a Smart TV (with Sky channels/login to your Netflix account etc) available to use at your leisure. Comfortable sofas are provided for up to 3 guests as a single armchair, reclining two seater sofa & ottoman (converts to full sized single bed, if needed).
The kitchen is well equipped to include cooking facilities. Other appliances include a fridge-freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, coffee machine and washer dryer. A smoke detector, fire extinguisher/blanket are also provided.

Close by (0.2 miles) you can explore the 12th century Romsey Abbey, which is open daily to visitors and still has elements of the old Saxon church remaining.
King Johns House and museum (0.1 miles) is also worth a visit and provides guests with a rich history starting from the early 13th-century through to the Victorian and Edwardian period.
Broadlands Estate is 0.9 miles away and is still a Royal residence, it is open to the public for guided tours on weekday afternoons in the summer.
In addition to the above there is the Romsey Rapids Sports complex and public pool, Stonehenge near Salisbury and in Portsmouth, the HMS Victory which is the Royal Navy's famous warship best known for her role in the Battle of Trafalgar.
Paultons Park and Peppa Pig World is a popular attraction for our guests with younger children, only 5-10 minutes drive from the town centre apartment.
There are also several golf courses, all within easy driving distance.
Public transport facilities are also conveniently located; the apartment itself is 0.9 miles away from Romsey Railway Station, serving Salisbury and Southampton cities and links to London Waterloo.
Romsey bus station is 0.4 miles or 3-5 minutes walk away also and offers routes to Salisbury, Southampton and Winchester, as well as for more rural areas such as the New Forest.
