The Feed Room is the middle cottage of 3 Converted from the old farm stable block all positioned around the central shared courtyard. Fully Equipped Open plan living kitchen and dining area, with seating for 4 people and a 4 seater dining table. Smart TV . Free Wi-fi is available in the cottage. The shower room is fully tiled. Underfloor heating throughout the cottage powered by the roof mounted solar panels. King size bed in bedroom 1 and twin beds in bedroom 2. Free Secured parking for 2 cars. NO Stag or Hen Parties 1 Medium Dog / 2 Small Dogs allowed ( charges apply 30 pounds per dog per stay, payable to the Host ) No Puppies. No Other Pets Allowed Dogs must NEVER be left in the cottage alone and are not allowed on the furniture or in the bedrooms Sorry STRICTLY NO EV Charging Only Booked guests allowed at the property

Hi We are John & Mandy and we are the Hosts at The Cottages at Eastmoor Farm. We are around most weekends if you need anything, but when we are not here we are just at the end of the Phone, or text Whats App or E mail Us. We opened up in February 2022 and this is our first Uk Lettings venture. We are dog friendly and we have 2 golden retrievers of our own. If we are on site please knock on our door if you need anything, we will introduce ourselves to all the guests, but if you want to be left alone just let us know, we wont take offence.

Located just 1 mile from Wilsthorpe beach an 2 miles from Fraisthorpe Beach, You are also just 1 mile from the park an ride where you can catch the land train into Bridlington. Centrally located for trips to Scarborough, Hornsea, Skipsea and the whole of the Yorkshire Wolds The nearest Pub (choice of 2) is 1 mile from the cottages, the Town Centre is about 2 Miles
