Modern self contained open plan garden house with private enclosed South facing decking area. The property has been recently constructed to the highest standard by a local bespoke garden room company. It benefits from a living area with complimentary wifi, 42” flat screen TV with streaming services such as Netflix etc. It has a two seater sofa, kitchenette with oven, hob and drinks chiller. Ideally the Garden House is suitable for breaks of up to 5 days as a couple. It could be used for longer stays if you are traveling on your own for business or pleasure and want something more individual than just a hotel room. From the living area and through a small connecting hall you have a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The main bedroom has a double bed with storage underneath for luggage. From the bedroom you have French doors leading out to the private decking area with outside seating. There is private parking on the drive for one vehicle. There is also a charge point for electric vehicles (pay for use while you stay with us).We are short 15 minute walk from the historic Shrewsbury town centre with its many cafe's, bars and award winning restaurants.

We have both lived in the area for 18 years. We are outdoors people and love Shropshire and surrounding area. We are happy to give guests ideas of places to visit during their stay. We are always on hand should you need us. Equally we will respect your privacy during your stay and only contact you should we need to. Copthorne is much sought after area of Shrewsbury close to local schools and the main Shrewsbury hospital. It is a 15 minute walk into the town from the property. We have a small park at the end the road to explore. There is a very good local pub at end of the road (The Beacon) that serves home cooked food at reasonable prices. It also hosts many sporting events on it various TV screens. We have two Co ops within a mile of each other should you need anything. Same shopping areas on Mytton Oak Rd & Bicton Heath have a chemist, Fish and Chip shop & Greggs.
