Rachel and Tony have both enjoyed lengthy and successful careers in business and commerce before acquiring The Glenerne in June 2025. Tony's long-held desire to live on the coast, and Eyemouth's proximity to Rachel's family, prompted the move from the Midlands of England to the borders of Scotland.
During their previous professional careers they have both travelled extensively, and so recognise the importance of both quality and value when choosing and booking hotel or B&B accommodation. They also understand that it's the smallest personal, thoughtful touches that can make the biggest difference.
At The Glenerne we hope we've found the right balance, and that you'll enjoy the tasteful décor, the comfortable rooms and facilities, the wonderful surroundings and the relaxed, informal atmosphere.
