Property information

The Granary is a converted one bedroom cottage which is positioned within the courtyard opposite a delightful 17th Century Watermill. The reversed level accommodation has a king size bedroom and en-suite bathroom on the ground floor with a large sitting room and kitchenette on the 1st floor. The cottage is fitted out to a high standard, the kitchenette is equipped with a hob, microwave and fridge plus all the essential kitchen items You won’t want to leave this charming, one-of-a-kind place.

Neighbourhood information

The Granary is situated in the small village of Ladock which is in an ideal central location for exploring Cornwall. The village has a fantastic pub The Falmouth arms serving wonderful food. The city of Truro is only 6 miles away and the North and South coasts are within easy reach. There are some great rural walks in and around the village. We have plenty of private parking .
