The living areas in the property consist of a first-floor studio-style layout with king-size bed, kitchenette equipped with combi oven/microwave, 2-ring induction hob, fridge with ice box, freezer and a washing machine, a dining area with seating for two guests and a sitting area with Smart TV and a woodburning stove. There is also a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front gravelled area, communal picnic area, shared glass dining house and a dog field, as well as off-road parking. Within 1 mile you will find both a shop and a pub and within 0.1 miles a pond and please note that 2 small dogs or one medium dog are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Travel cot and highchair available on request. Situated three miles from Seaton and six miles from Axmouth, Colyton has many links to its past with numerous historical buildings, such as St Andrew’s Church, and its winding lanes with independent shops. Good food and a warm welcome are on offer at the many inns. Colyton's tram station will provide you with an enjoyable ride alongside the River Axe to Seaton. The picturesque villages of Colyford, Southleigh, Northleigh and Farway lie nestled in the heart of the Coly Valley and are always a good day out.
