There is one king-size bedroom serviced by a ground-floor shower room. Outside there is off-road parking available and a patio with furniture. Within 4.1 miles there is a shop and 1.5 miles a pub. A short distance from Lincoln itself, Wragby is a tiny town encircled by the Lincolnshire countryside. Two 19th-century manor ruins, the All Saints church (19th-century, Grade II listed), and a tall tower mill (1831, built by millwright Ingledew) are all present.
