The place to stay when visiting Portstewart, The Holiday House is located at the top of the famous Prom where all the best coffee shops, restaurants, bakeries, take aways & bars are located. Love to get out and about? The Holiday House is 2min to the play park & and main walking route 'The Convant Walk' leading to the beach. Travelling with kids? Once parked up, you can walk to all Portstewart has to offer. We are uniquely located a 30 second walk from the only convenience shop in Portstewart town centre, all other supermarket shops are a drive away, so we love how if you need something last minute or fancy a late night treat, the shop is literally on our door step! There is also an off licence, fish and chip shop, Chinese and pizza takeaway down the road, only a minute walk away. We thought carefully when creating our holiday home, as we love the location being so handy for families who want the most relaxing and convenient stay when away for a break.

I enjoy meeting new people & familiarising myself with other cultures. This is, essentially, why my husband & I decided to become a full-time hosts. We are enthusiastic about travelling & outdoor activities, such as hiking and out exploring our local beaches for the day. Portstewart has been named as the best place to live in Northern Ireland in this year's Sunday Times guide — with the judges hailing it as Northern Ireland's “most graceful seaside town” The Holiday House is located just off the famous Prom. Genuine seaside experience without being heaving with crowds. Nice promenade, plenty of seaside atmosphere and cafés/restaurants mixed with 'real' shops. Portstewart Strand holds the prestigious Blue Flag award for the management, cleanliness and quality of water and it is also one of the few remaining beaches in Ireland where cars still have access and permission to drive onto the beach.
