Tell us if want it a cot in the bedroom or the adjacent dressing room. The dressing room also has a desk, for those needing a workspace, with superfast broadband (90 Mbps) as well as type A & B USB ports.
The area is ideal for walks, days out on, or beside, the sea with easy access to both north and south coasts. The Camel Trail (a former railway line) is great for flat walks/cycling to Bodmin or Padstow.

Our village is a ten minute drive from the main road (A30). The lanes are rather narrow, so please take care. There are no shops or eateries in the village, though the pretty town of Wadebridge, some 15 minutes away, has four supermarkets as well as numerous pubs, cafes and restaurants.
The Hut is secluded from our house at the end of a paved path (about sixty feet from the entrance gates). There are six steps, so it is not suitable for wheelchair users. There is dry storage for a pram and bikes inside the gates by the drive. The drive and path are illuminated at night by motion sensors lights.
The kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are fully equipped, so guests need only bring food and drink without having to pack other household items and, should anything else be required, we probably have it available in our house. Please ask.
For arrivals and departures guests are welcome to park in the drive to unload and load luggage. There is free parking in the village car park directly opposite the house.
Outside there is a terrace overlooking a large lily pond and the valley below. The terrace has a table with four chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ with fuel provided in the nearby shed.
As hosts, we live out of sight in the main house and while we prefer to leave guests to enjoy their own space we are usually on hand if asked. Information is provided in the Hut about local facilities but if you would like further advice or directions please 'phone, text, knock on our door or telephone Christine or Richard.
Guests have the advantage of a garden, large fish pond and private terrace overlooking a lovely Valley as well as a beautifully maintained farmland which grazes sheep and beef cattle.
Upgrades for 2025 include a new living room carpet and flooring in the kitchen as well as new plug sockets with USB ports in the living room, bedroom and office.
