Located in the picturesque hamlet of Greta Bridge, this traditional and peaceful hotel is in a beautiful location close to the Tees Valley and Yorkshire Dales. The Morritt Hotel is Teesdale’s hidden treasure, just off the A66, some 9 miles west of Scotch Corner. This 17th century former coaching inn offers a warm welcome to everyone, whether for business or pleasure. In the winter you will be greeted by our roaring log fire in the lounge, while in summer you can relax with a drink in our well-tended gardens. No 2 bedrooms are alike, all different in size, shape, style and furnishings. Each room is individually styled, many with original features of this Grade II listed building.
