Please note: The kitchenette is not really designed for cooking full meals, but there is plenty of crockery, glasses, utensils, fridge freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. There is also a washing up bowl also which can be filled and emptied in the bathroom.
The Old Barn is self-contained with your own entrance which provides a private and peaceful space for your holiday or work trip. We won’t disturb you during your stay, but we are always here if you need anything.
Grampound is a small ancient village with plenty of history. The A390 runs through Grampound which is the main route into both Truro and St Austell.
There is a small but well stocked community shop and coffee shop. The Dolphin Pub serves food and is just a short walk on the main road through Grampound.
There is small play park and a football field, as well as a pleasant river walk with a woodland park, all within walking distance from Bosillion.
Grampound is the perfect base from which to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. We are very central, within easy reach of Truro, Newquay, stunning beaches and the quaint south Cornwall coast, littered with fishing villages and quiet coves is only a short drive away.
