The Coach Studio can either be used as a Kingsize or a twin room (with 2 single beds). If you require 2 single beds let me know as soon as you can. It is in The Coach House which is several hundred years old. The property has beams and other fine features you would expect in a grade 2 star building. The Studio is newly refurbished with a large stylish bathroom overlooking gardens and a workplace for your computer. It has a small kitchenette area with appliances including a microwave, coffee machine and fridge. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available for clients staying longer than 2 days . There is a welcome basket with fruit, preserves, and water. The property is remotely managed by phone and the owner is always available. The owner uses a flat in the property at weekends in the Summer and early Autumn. The studio has a very comfortable king size bed or two single beds and there is a smart tv. Please note The studio is 18m 2 in its entirety. We are in the medieval conservation area. There is a glorious garden to sit in. The Coach Studio is at the top of the stairs, first room on the left. Parking facilities: Parking facilities: A space is on the left hand side of the drive way. The driveway is at Whitefriars Meadow CT139AS. Look for 50 on the dustbins on the drive opposite flats. The main drive way is used by the owner and for deliveries. After parking, the walk round to the house 50 New St Sandwich is 7 mins . There is also free parking on Whitefriars Meadow.

I ran two Airbnb cottages for three years near Canterbury and have taken on this wonderful building . I am very keen to help organise walking and cycling experiences as well as visits to Canterbury and our vineyards . For a small price I can take you for a historical tour around Sandwich. Look out for facebooks/ websites called Sandwich music, Sandwich events and Sandwich town . There are boat rides on the river to see the seals and bird life . The Sandwich Bird Observatory offers a host of walking activities and talks. There is access to the sea across Royal St George’s Golf Club . Or for a small price you can drive to the sea. The Lodge Hotel in Sandwich Bay offers drinks, hot drinks, and meals and there is no fee to drive to this hotel which faces the sea. Sandwich is in easy access of all Thanet’s sandy beaches and motorways to London and other counties. It is 7 miles from Dover and the ferry ports .
