We have just been awarded 5 gold stars and a special breakfast award by the AA, the only property in the area to achieve this accolade.The house was built in 1957 and was virtually left untouched until we bought it in 2014. We have doubled the size and totally rebuilt the house in a very contemporary style with decor and furnishings to match. The beds are handmade and the bedding is 400 thread count Egyptian cotton.
Both Jane and Tony have many years of experience in the hospitality industry. After teaching, Jane joined Tony in developing the 5 star Church House guest house which was consistently top on Trip Advisor and was voted in the top ten seaside B&Bs in Great Britain and won AA awards. Prior to that Tony ran the Rozel Hotel for 30 years. Between us we make the marmalade, jam, breads and granola for you to enjoy at breakfast
The Park overlooks Clarence Park and is situated on a very quiet road only some 400yards from the seafront. The area is residential and has has good restaurants and pub nearby. The town centre is is 15 mins away on foot and a bus route is only 1 road away.
