Situated less than a mile from Wigan pier, the DW stadium, Robin retail park and stadium and the brand new 'Feast at the mills' street food venue this stylishly furnished 3 bedroom house is ideal for families, contractors, rugby and football fans or those who just wish to be close to the town centre.
The property has been completely refurbished in 2023 and has been tastefully decorated throughout. The living room has a 50 inch smart TV where you can access your Netflix or other streaming service accounts . Comprising of 1 double and 2 twin bedrooms the property can comfortably sleep 6 people.
The modern fully fitted kitchen has fan oven, hob and spacious fridge freezer.
Just minutes away from the M6, Scotsman's flash nature reserve, and Wigan and St Helens boating club the property is ideally situated for all that wish to visit wigan and the surrounding area.
If you plan to eat out, grab a few drinks, or start your day with all you can eat breakfast, Primrose Farm pub and carvery is only 5 minites walk away.
