Lockwood house cottages is located in the grounds of a 2 acre site which consists of the owners home ,Lockwood bungalow which is a 2 bedroom property with a small enclosed garden ,this is an adult site only and the property lends itself to multi generation families to go on holiday together ,we do not allow workers or groups, the roost is a cosy cottage one bedroom upstairs and a living room ,kitchenette and shower and toilet down stairs ,this property is situated opposite the main house and is next to a 5 pitch c&cc adults only campsite this site is for people that enjoy a good accessible location on a quiet adults only site

Dawlish is the home to the black swans at is a charming small town fronting the coastline ,there are new walkways along the coast and trains run along the coastline frequently ,you can go all along the coast line to Paignton one way and Exeter the other direction where you can visit many places of interest including Exeter cathedral and the quayside where there are some charming shops ,coffee shops and bars We have a 64 acre country park opposite the site where you can walk to cockwood harbour where there are 2 nice restaurants or you can walk to Dawlish warren where there is a nature reserve ,golf course and a blue flag sandy beach where many people go swimming ,there is another restaurant over looking the sea we have a Sainsburys 2 mins away by car and bus sops 500 yards from the property which can go into Exeter or along the coastline Dawlish and surrounding areas has loads to offer ,you wont want to go home
