THE SPACE and ROOMS: The House is spread over 3 floors. On the ground floor, as you enter, is the lovely living/dining room; you then walk into the large open plan kitchen and breakfast room, which gives you access to the private garden, offering a tranquil space to relax after a busy day Stairs in the kitchen lead down to the basement, where you will find the lovely, airy single bedroom. The double bedroom is on the first floor. Both bedrooms have garden views. There is also a sofa bed which can sleep 2 individuals.
