To ensure a smooth arrival and comfortable stay, please be aware of the following:

Property Access: Please note that there are several steps leading up to the main entrance of our property. Additionally, the lift providing access to the guest rooms is not able to accommodate full-size wheelchairs.

Payment Policy: We kindly inform you that cash payments are not accepted at our hotel.

Late Arrival Procedure: If your check-in time will be after 11:00 PM, we request that you contact the hotel before 10:00 PM on your arrival day to let us know. If prior notification is not received by 10:00 PM, a late check-in charge of up to £50 may be applied, at the hotel's discretion.

Dining Update: Our restaurant is currently undergoing refurbishment and will be closed. This means we will not be serving breakfast or any other food items during this time.

到着時に、£30の損害補償用デポジットの支払いが必要となります。 クレジットカードでお支払いください。 デポジットは、チェックアウト後7日以内に返金されます。 デポジットは宿泊施設の点検後、問題がなければクレジットカードに全額返金されます。
