The Stable is a 10 minute drive from the Helford River and Falmouth’s coastline and beaches. Luxurious, indulgent and romantic, this semi-detached barn conversion is designed for style-conscious couples and families with exceptional interiors, two en-suite bedrooms with Smart TV’s, a warming wood burner and a sunny, private patio with garden furniture for relaxing and dining. The open plan living room, combining a kitchen, dining and sitting space with a wood burner, is the hub. An excellent choice for families and pet owners, there is a big garden with a pergola, garden furniture and a barbecue and an outdoor children’s play area complete with a climbing frame shared between the barns. Note: No stag/hen or similar. The Stable is on a smoke free This property does have its own private patio and BBQ.

Neighbourhood information

Mawnan Smith on the northern banks of the Helford estuary is a great base to explore all of west and central Cornwall. It is a small village with a popular 17th Century 'thatched' pub (the Red Lion), restaurant and shops, also a working forge and craft centre. Developed as a distribution centre for goods and produce for the Lizard Peninsula. With the village acting as a staging post for materials that were to be ferried across the Helford River - to the Lizard Peninsula. The "Old Smithy" has recently been restored by the Anvil Trust, to recreate a working smithy in the village. Mawnan Smith is close to Maenporth Beach and the Helford Estuary ideally situated in a quiet Corner of Cornwall, with Falmouth town centre, Harbour and Attractions nearby.
