Townbridge Penthouse is a centrally located two bedroom penthouse apartment situated overlooking Weymouth Harbour and the town bridge. Located right in the heart of Weymouth, this light and airy apartment offers a convenient and comfortable place to stay for a couple or for a family of four. This top floor penthouse apartment benefits from large patio doors overlooking the harbour below, with an open plan living, kitchen and dining room along with a balcony perfect for enjoying summer evenings. Just down the hallway are both bedrooms and two bathrooms. The family bathroom is across the hallway, with the twin room adjacent. The twin room benefits from wonderful harbour views, along with zip and link beds which can be joined to make a super King size bed on request (please request this at the time of booking). The master en-suite bedroom is just next door, with double bed, harbour views and a private en-suite shower room. The property benefits from one private parking space in the ground floor parking area, as well as the option of stairs or lift access. Please note, if for any reason the lift is out of action, the apartment is situated on the top floor of the apartment block. Parking is available in an underground parking area, measurements are; Height; 182cm (6ft) Width; 226cm Length; 510cm
