We are conveniently located just 2 minutes from the A3(M) and M27 Junction giving quick access to Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex and very popular with people travelling to Petersfield, Guildford, Chichester, Portsmouth and Fareham. There is plentiful parking in the large car park to the rear and accommodates large vehicles, however parking is usually available on the road directly outside the front door. You will have your own private entrance and private garden with a decking or patio area.
