We are passionate about providing great service and food and are supported by a local team members. We source all our food from within 30 miles, we believe in great produce, well cooked and properly plated. Our values are honest, authentic and showcasing the very best of wales and Carmarthenshire.

The property dates from the 16th century and has wood burning stoves, beamed ceilings, thick stone walls and tiled floors. The hotel is in the village of Brechfa on the edge of the Brechfa forest.
