If you're looking for somewhere different to the rest of all the local Airbnbs this is the place! Unique, historic and quirky flat on the top floor of a converted 400 year old building with several original features including stone walls, exposed rafter and beam ceilings, sash windows and more. It's a lovely one of a kind flat in a perfect location. There's a brand new king size bed with a super comfy 10" mattress for a good night's sleep.
My husband and I look after this property together. We have 2 children and a naughty cat. We live just around the corner so we're always on hand should you need us. We live in this flat before we had our second child. We love the flat. It really is one of a kind. I'm sure you'll love it too 🙂
The flat is on Southside Street, the heart of the Barbican. The street, just like the flat, is beautiful and historic. It's like a little village away from Plymouth. Everything you need is right on your doorstep. It's only 5 minutes walk to the city centre and 10 minutes to the University.
