We specialise in sustainable, functional and ecological home automation and we love to experiment with interesting new technologies which we then integrate into our properties to create the more unique experience of a smart home. We are based in Bristol and we’re passionate about giving our guests the same great experiences we shared when we first experienced the culture of this city. We particularly love Bristol’s unique hospitality, which nurtures a rare culture of neighbourhood in a large and bustling city.

Family-friendly three-bedroom home beside Victoria Park. Sleep 5 across a king, double and single, plus a cot. Work-ready with desk, monitor and 107 Mbps fibre; relax with a smart 40-inch TV. Cook in the gas kitchen (oven and hob; grill not available). Nest-controlled central heating, step-free entry, and a sunny garden with seating and a charcoal barbecue. Quiet street with easy parking, great cafés nearby, and Temple Meads around a 20-minute walk. A bright, comfortable home set over two levels with an internal staircase to the bedrooms. The master has a king bed, the second bedroom a double, and the third a single bed with a cot, ideal for families. The front room features a Panasonic 40-inch smart TV for your favourite streaming apps. The kitchen is equipped for everyday cooking with gas oven and four-burner hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and Nespresso; the grill is not in use. Central heating is delivered by a modern combi boiler with a Nest thermostat for easy control, hot water is always on, and there is no air conditioning. Fireplaces are decorative only. Work comfortably at the desk in the second bedroom with a monitor and HDMI, or use the dining table; Wi-Fi tests at around 107 Mbps down and 19 up. Outside, a level private garden offers a table, chairs and sofa, plus a charcoal barbecue for guest use. Step-free entry at the front; inside there is a step down into the kitchen and another into the bathroom. IMPORTANT: To protect our property, we place a temporary hold on your payment card for a damage deposit. Right by Victoria Park, this is a calm, community-minded pocket of BS3 with playgrounds, tennis courts and a coffee van in the park most days. Windmill Hill City Farm is a short walk and great for little ones. You are within easy reach of independent cafés and bakeries such as Sweven, Bristol Loaf and Fox & West, and close to excellent restaurants on North Street and at Wapping Wharf. The Victoria Park pub offers wide views across Dundry and the Mendips.
