My name is Jules 
I am the owner of Waters Edge Holiday Apartments. I moved here from Cheshire May 2017.  Born in Torquay then lived mostly in North Somerset in the West Country, I just knew going back to live by the seaside was a must for me and finding Benllech was the little Gem I had been looking for.
After having an excellent Season in 2017 we decided to re-renovate and have two apartments, furnished to our usual high standard.
One apartment is for couples "The Crow's Nest" with a double bed
 "The Roost"will take 2-4 people, prices are based on 2 people sharing one room. For 3 or 4 people or both rooms for single use. Supplements will apply. 
The system will calculate the correct price at the time of booking for 3 or 4 guests as long as you enter the correct number of people staying. However, if you want both rooms for single person use, it does NOT calculate the supplement thinking you are sharing one room, so you will need to discuss this arrangement with the owner.
Both apartments are beachfront retreats with spectacular sea views. 
We are situated right next to the coastal path and walking distance to the shops and numerous pubs and restaurants.

Water's Edge Holiday Apartments are in an unrivalled position right on the Promenade.  There is no Holiday apartment closer to Benllech Beach we are literally just 20 meters across the road.  It is a beautiful Victorian property with the most incredible views across the Bay towards The Great Orme, Puffin Island, Llandonna and the Snowdonia Mountain range.
The Roost Apartment is priced for 2 people, for 3 or 4 people or both rooms for sole occupancy, supplements apply for the extra bedroom.  The basic price is for 2 people sharing one room (either the twin or double bedroom) if 2 people wish to have both bedrooms then the supplements apply.
There is a fully equipped kitchen in both apartments (no Dishwasher) There is a breakfast bar with seating for 4 people.
The Guest entrance is at the rear of the property where the car parking is. There is a Sunny terrace if guests want to enjoy the afternoon Sun away from the bustle of the seafront.  They are welcome to use the bbq, patio Umbrella and seating provided, there is also an ashtray for smokers, as the apartments are strictly non-smoking. The terrace at the front of the house is part of the Owners Private apartment and unfortunately not for guests use.

The magnificent beach is right there in front of us, with so much to see here with the ever-changing scenery and bird/wild life.  We even have resident Seal named 'Ronseal' we frequenlty catch sight of him fishing near the sea wall.
We are very proud of our beach, which is ever changing,  with the soft shelving sand it is absolutely wonderful for to watch, relax and enjoy. 
The main shops are at the top of Beach Road, which is a 10 minute walk up a steep hill, there are benches on the way up to rest and view the beach below.  At the Top of the hill is Tesco Express and further along Co-op and Spar so plenty of places to obtain provisions.
