Established over 35 years ago with just a handful of cottages, the company has grown to the point where we now successfully market a wide variety of properties throughout the region. From the start we were determined to build up a reputation for offering only the best of properties. The company has grown, but everyone involved still holds true to the combination of commitment and professionalism that is the foundation of the company's success. Family run to this day, we are still able to offer that personal service which sadly in today's ever increasing pace of life can sorely fall by the wayside.

Property information

Waterside cottage occupies a really convenient location right in the centre of Sidmouth backing onto the River Sid and within a few minutes level walk of the seafront. The house has been refurbished, stylishly furnished and is tastefully decorated throughout. The front door leads to an entrance hall, to the left is a modern fitted spacious kitchen with integrated appliances, an open plan dining area with bay window overlooking the River Sid. There is a downstairs cloakroom with WC and separate utility room. A rear door leads to the enclosed courtyard with outdoor seating, there is also side external access. To the right of the entrance hall is a cosy living room with electric coal effect fire and wood effect flooring. On the first floor are three bedrooms. One with a double bed overlooking the river Sid. One with twin beds and one with a 4 ft bed. There is a family bathroom with bath, large walk in shower, hand basin and WC. Parking: Guests can pull up to unload. There are roads nearby with unrestricted roadside parking. Manor Road's long stay car park is a 15 minute walk away, Tickets are reasonably priced and cover all East Devon car parks, there are EDDC short stay car parks within meters of the property with no restrictions for overnight parking. Guests can explore the Jurassic Coast whilst enjoying stunning walks in Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty and The South West Coast Path. The Donkey Sanctuary, Crealy and Pecorama are all nearby for fun filled days with the kids. There are a wide range of activities nearby, from Paddleboarding and water skiing to Golf at Sidmouth Golf Club. Sidmouth and the nearby local towns have a wealth of independent boutique shops, cafes and restaurants, including Otterton Mill and Lympstone Manor.
