A beautiful studio with separate kitchen is in the centre of St Andrews, super location in the heart of bustling St Andrews on of one of the oldest cobbled streets. 5 mins to the Cathedral & Castle. This 1st floor loft style little studio has statement beams, oak floors, is light & airy and is well loved by many returning guests. Within easy reach of The Old Course & Uni. The living space is cleverly divided with bi-fold glass doors to the bedroom area with a double bed.

We live locally and can help with any questions prior to arrival
5 min walk to St Andrews Castle, Cathedral and Castle and the lovely East Sands beach and harbour.
Located centrally it’s a lovely busy town.
Use Ringo app to check cheapest parking in town. Some free parking on North Street at uni car park opposite the old course hotel.
Argyle street car park is cheapest paid car park - a 10 min walk to flat.
