Y-Knot is a luxury 34 foot 2 bedroom sports cruiser with an Italian style design moored on her permeant berth in one of the finest marinas on the south coast - Lymington Yacht Haven – only a 15 minute walk from the delightful town centre of Lymington with its Saturday market along with an amazing choice of quay side pubs, bars and restaurants, the heart of the New Forest National Park is only a short drive away. Y-Knot consist of one master double bedroom with wardrobe, flat screen TV with DVD player and a sound system, a smaller twin bedroom in a separate cabin with wardrobe and vanity sink, between them is the sumptuous lounge with seating for four with table, flat screen smart TV (with Netflix) and stereo system, fridge/freezer, sink, galley kitchen with microwave, kettle. There are no cooking facilities on Y Knot but who needs them when Lymington's restaurants are so close by? - particularly the Haven's own excellent restaurant and bar. Also provided are utensils, plates, tea and coffee cups, glasses including wine glasses with lots of cupboard storage space, there is also the separate shower room incorporating shower, sink and toilet. Y-Knot has probably the best position within the marina with uninterrupted views across the Solent towards the Isle of Wight and needles.

The Local Area Lymington is a charming Georgian market town with a number of interesting independent shops and designer boutiques; The surrounding area provides an abundance of things to do - It's a wonderful place to enjoy the outdoors with a range of activities on offer including: cycling, horse-riding, fishing, bird-watching, and enjoying the ancient woodlands and heathlands of the New Forest, and the miles of beaches that run westwards from Milford-on-Sea to Sandbanks in Poole. Shopping Lymington hosts a lively street market every Saturday in the main High Street with a number of stalls catering for all tastes. In addition there's a wide variety of shops, galleries, boutiques, and a Waitrose, Tesco and M&S Food. The town centre is approx 15 minutes walk from the marina. Eating & Drinking There is an abundance of great pubs and restaurants within easy walking distance of the marina. Walking There is direct access to the coastal footpath offering superb walks along the foreshore to Keyhaven (approx an hour and a half walk) and Hurst Point where the Solent rushes in/out. There are also numerous other walks and a wide range of recreational facilities available.
