Our bright and spacious apartment is located in a first-class residential building with beautiful facade in the heart of Tbilisi. Situated in the exclusive Mtatsminda neighbourhood of Tbilisi, you are just 150 meters away from the renowned Rustaveli Avenue, a few steps to the Tbilisi Funicular taking you to the Mtatsminda amusement park, and within easy walking distance to the city's main attractions, shopping and dining opportunities. The apartment has a spacious living room with open kitchen and underfloor heating and air conditioning; modern sofa convertible to queen-size bed (with mattress); 42' flat HD TV with 150 channels; Cable and Wi-Fi internet; open kitchen with bar, gas-fired hob, electric oven, built-in fridge; large bedroom with quality king-size bed and floor-to-ceiling wardrobes and windows; big bathroom with shower, wall-to-wall mirror and washing machine with dryer. The private terrace is a real plus, to enjoy both day and night. It boasts garden furniture with chairs and table to relax over breakfast, lunch or dinner. Luxury interior lighting shows off the existing decor. The location is ideal for leisure or business.
I am a Georgian citizen married to a British national residing in Germany and Georgia. We like to travel (favourite destinations include Berlin, London, Paris, Rome, Tel Aviv and of course Tbilisi!). We like good books, drama series, rock and pop music, as well as spicy food. We have family living in the same apartment block who will be able to help out when needed and recommend places to go, shopping facilities, public and private transport, etc.
The apartment building is an oasis of quiet and calm in a busy and often noisy neighbourhood. The building features 24-hour security, lobby, high-speed elevators, and 180-degree views from large open terrace. There are plenty of great shopping opportunities, places to go and sites to see. The listing is close to public transportation but everything you really want to see or do in Tbilisi is within easy walking distance (that's why we chose it in the first place to live ;)))
