The apartment is in a great condition, providing cozy and warm atmosphere. There is a grand piano, couch, armchairs, large table and a flat screen TV in the living room, which leads to the balcony. The apartment is equipped with air-conditioner and WiFi. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils. You will feel at home here.
Hello! My name is Tamar and I’m from Kutaisi. This is my home, where I’ve lived past 20 years. I’m a mathematician, I teach math at the high school. I love to travel, I’ve visited many countries, and I spend several years living in Russia. I am renting this apartment because at the moment I live in Tbilisi. But I will make sure to greet the visitors in person.
The apartment is located at the very center of the city, right next to the famous drama theater. The balcony provides a beautiful view of the central park (the Boulevard, which is 100 years old) and Colchis Fountain. The windows on the opposite side of the apartment overlook the yard and provide a direct view of the Bagrati Cathedral, one of Georgia’s most prominent landmarks.
