Both of my apartments are located in the yard which is so-called "Tbilisuri Ezo" in the very center of old Tbilisi. We offer our guests a more domestic atmosphere. From our apartments, you can enjoy the executive view of old city houses and a beautiful view of the famous mountain "Mtatsminda".One of my apartment -"Apartment with Teracce" which is a five-bedroom apartment has a small causey terrace where guests can spend evenings with the bottle of famous Georgian wine and in cold days hole family can sit warmly in front of the fireplace in the huge living room which is located on the first floor of the house. In the second apartment "Ground Floor Apartment" which is a two-bedroom apartment, guests can enjoy a glass of wine in a colorful "Tbilisian yard", under the shade of a grape pergola. If your family or group of friends are looking for the place in the very center of the city and at the same time you prefer quiet sleep my apartments are the best choice with its comfortable beds and quiet surroundings. In both apartments, we can accommodate a maximum of 18 person

Our apartments located in the best part of Tbilisi, most remarkable places like the castle "Narikhala", orthodox oldest churches, underground ruins of old city, Jewish Museum, Public Museum, botanical garden is located of our house surrounding. Just in our district you can see ancient Georgian architecture which is deffer from any other countries architecture. In our neighborhood you can find a lot of Georgian famous wine markets, traditional souvenir shops. art cafes, Georgian restaurants, clubs, lounges. in five minute walk you can visit famous Georgian sulfuric bathhouses, which is unique with it's medical features. in 10 minutes walk you can reach street market called by "Mshrali khidi" where you can buy all types of antiquarian things.
